Most Staffordshire homes qualify.

You qualify if
- Homeowner or small private landlord in England or Wales
- Valid EPC (A–E rated, or the recommended upgrades done)
- Property has existing heating to replace
- No existing heat pump or biomass boiler on the property
You don't if
- Social housing or new-build property pre-completion
- Property where loft or cavity insulation is recommended on EPC and not yet done
- Properties already using a heat pump or biomass system

£7,500 towards an air-source heat pump install for eligible homes in England and Wales. Ground source is also £7,500. Biomass (limited areas) is £5,000.
Homeowner or small private landlord. Valid EPC with no outstanding loft/cavity recommendations (we can check this for you). Existing heating to replace. Property must not already have a heat pump or biomass system installed.
We do. As an MCS-certified installer we apply on your behalf. You provide proof of ownership and the EPC; we do the rest. The grant comes off your invoice before you pay us.
Typically approved within 5 working days of submission. We submit after the heat loss survey and system design is signed off — so about 2 weeks from first call.
Extended to 2028 under current policy. But governments change and schemes get withdrawn — the sensible move is to act while the money's there.
