Yes, all care plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

Most gas boilers under 15 years old are eligible for our care plans. We'll confirm eligibility when you sign up. Boilers over 15 years may be accepted after an inspection.

Simply call our 24/7 helpline or book through your online account. As a care plan member, you get priority booking — typically within 24 hours.

Pre-existing faults (diagnosed before joining), cosmetic damage, and issues caused by third-party interference. Full terms are provided when you sign up.

After the 12-month minimum term, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. During the minimum term, early cancellation fees may apply.
