R290 (propane) has a GWP (Global Warming Potential) of just 3, compared to 675 for R32 used in most competitors. This makes Vaillant heat pumps the most environmentally responsible option. The charge is also very small — typically under 1kg.

At 52 dB(A), the aroTHERM plus is one of the quietest heat pumps available — roughly the volume of a quiet conversation. It easily meets UK planning noise requirements.

With a maximum flow temperature of 75°C, the aroTHERM plus can work with most existing radiator systems. However, for best efficiency we recommend running at 35–45°C with appropriately sized radiators after a heat loss survey.

Through approved installers like us, Vaillant offers up to 10 years warranty. Standard manufacturer warranty is 5 years, extended to 7 or 10 through the approved installer programme.
