The problems we catch on Ideal services.
Ignition failure on Logic and Vogue models. Commonly caused by electrode wear, gas valve issues, or a blocked condensate pipe.
System pressure has dropped. Usually needs a simple top-up, but persistent drops indicate a leak somewhere in the system.
The boiler's fan isn't running at the correct speed. May need a fan replacement or a wiring check.
Hot water cuts out during use — often a flow sensor or diverter valve issue on Ideal combi boilers.
